A self financing college functioning under the Management of Academy of Management and Science & Technology Co-operative Society, Kalliasseri Limited (AMSTECK). The aim of the college is to provide higher education facilities to the students of Kalliasseri and the surrounding areas. Permission for starting the college was granted by the Govt of Kerala as per G.O.(Ms) No 67/08/H.Edn dated 4-7-2008 and Provisional affiliation was granted as per U.O. No.Acad/A1/AMS 6627/08 dated 18-11-2008 of the Kannur University. Thereaftercollegestarted functioning with effect from 4-8-2008. The college was formally inaugurated by Sri.M.A.Baby, the Hon. Minister for Education, Government of Kerala
